Are You Following The Commandments Of Jesus Christ?

A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; AS I HAVE LOVED YOU, that ye also love one another. – John 13:34. We are told in the Bible to walk as Jesus walked and to follow Him, as in Revelation 14 which says, These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. – As many of us are waiting for the return of the Messiah, there are certain principals, teachings, and commandments that we must be following in order for us to avoid the coming wrath of GOD.

As we grow in our understanding and learn about who we are, where we come from, and why we are here, we also learn about the Words of Jesus Christ and the New Covenant which He has given us. We all must consider what the Messiah is saying and teaching, and do the same. In Luke 9:23 it says, “And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.” Below is the KJV Bible with the Strong’s Concordance which expands on the original languages so we can gain a deeper understanding of what the words mean.

We are told by Jesus in the Book of Luke that we all should be disowning ourselves by abstinence, through self-denial, and going down the same road as Him. We should be accompanying Jesus as His disciple, and to be in the same Way with Him. The Savior told us that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no man comes to the Father but by Him. Basically, He is saying that we learn the Truth about this world, who we are, what we did, and what we all must do to go back Home. We learn the Way, which is how we are to carry ourselves through obedience to His principals and teachings. We as well learn, what Life truly is. We are told by the Messiah that we live by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God and not by bread alone.

If we are putting all of our faith in one verse here and there without looking further through the Chapters and comparing these verses with other Scriptures, we are only receiving bread. We must understand the full context and meanings of what we are being taught. Most teachers are teaching in err. Most leaders, churches, pastors, ministers, etc., are not teaching the fulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Word that became Flesh said, “He that forsaketh not all that he hath, cannot be my disciple.” The following video is a Bible Study on the beginning of 1 John chapter 3. It takes the understanding shared above, expands on it in detail, and compares Spiritual with Spiritual. After watching, reading, and listening, I will present additional Scriptures that reaffirm these teachings elsewhere in the Bible.

I pray that after viewing and absorbing the Living Word, certain connections are beginning to be made for you. As doubts, concerns, and potentially anger begin to creep in, remember that the LORD God is the Author of Peace. As we learn in the Bible, the flesh wars against the Spirit and the Spirit against the flesh. Let go, become as a child, and be willing to learn and relearn what you thought you understood. In Revelation 21 we are told this, “And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.” Brides waiting for their husbands are not having sex. We are told of the parable of the Wise Virgins. That is it exactly. They are virgins. We are told in Matthew 19:12, “There be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven’s sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.” Once again, abstinence, complete abstinence. The entire Bible is filled endlessly with this message. All that is required is your belief in what is being said, and the execution thereof. Yes, this is very specific and is pertaining to believer’s of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The whole world dictates that sex outside of marriage is bad and a sin. We are taught through the Gospels and by the teachers in the New Testament that the Law was fulfilled in Christ and that we should now be living our lives even better. Be ye Holy in all manner of behavior. As we love the brethren as ourselves, how is having sex with your spouse loving them as Jesus did?

Previous posts and videos on the YouTube Channel have gone over in detail the misunderstandings in 1 Corinthians 7. As well as other Scriptures which cannot be interpreted without looking deeper into their meanings and comparing them to other verses. Jesus tells us numerous times to deny ourselves and take up our Cross. Certain parables bare this out, as well as certain miracles themselves. For example, being told to rise up and walk. Or rise, take up thy bed, and walk. May you all continue to be blessed by the Self Existent Eternal Jehovah, even Jesus Christ throughout all of your endeavors. Finally brothers and sisters, love one another as Jesus has loved us. We are all the same. None is better or higher then the other, and we all fall short. And the wizards and false prophets teaching you know this, “But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same Anointing teacheth you of all things, and is Truth, and is no lie, and even as It hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him.” – 1 John 2:27. Stay blessed my Holy ones.
