Jeremiah 22 On Skull And Bones Day 322

On this day, Skull and Bones day, we will look at Jeremiah 22. If you haven’t noticed by now, the whole world has gone to flying fecal matter. And, it discomforts me to see all of the “Christians” choosing sides. “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” – Romans 12:2.

Jeremiah, just as every Book in the Bible, is loaded with spiritual truth. Chapter 22 is not one to let down either. It tells us about who we are, where we come from, and even what the Bible defines us all has. Simply believe what you are about to see. “They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.”

We will begin with Hebrews 11, “These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.” What does is mean to be a stranger and pilgrim on the earth. Well, it means that you aren’t from here. It means that you don’t belong here. It’s that simple. If I leave my place of residence or flee to another country, I am a stranger or pilgrim in that land. If I decide to move to another country looking for something better, the meaning is the same.

The Bible is the only thing in this world that we can count on. It is the only truth. So, if you don’t belong to the earth and you are from another “country,” where exactly are you from? Consider the prodigal son for a moment. Now, let us tie this together with Jeremiah 22. “And I will cast thee out, and thy mother that bare thee, into another country, where ye were not born; and there shall ye die. But to the land whereunto they desire to return, thither shall they not return. Is this man Coniah a despised broken idolis he a vessel wherein is no pleasure? wherefore are they cast out, he and his seed, and are cast into a land which they know not? O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD.”

If your heart is beginning to pound in your chest, consider the following, “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom.” Now, click on the link above and read it.

If Any Man Thirst Let Him Come Unto Me And Drink

In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.  Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is The Prophet. – John 7:37-40.

About My Father’s Business

As we draw near to the Lord, He has drawn near to us. After we have understood certain Gospel Principles, we are given a very specific task: “Feed my sheep,” and “Preach the Gospel to every creature.” Have you answered that call?

“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” – John 6:63.

The Shrouded Message From Adam To Jesus

Within the names of the lineage from Adam to Jesus, there is a “hidden” message from our Father in Heaven. Many are aware of the one from Adam to Noah. Very few are aware of the symphony, from The Beginning to End. As expected, we will look deep at the blessing that the LORD God has bestowed upon us, and read what the Father has given us. For anyone questioning whether the Bible is true, this should cast out any shadow of a doubt. I pray that this blesses you in this very unsettled world.

Man is appointed mortal sorrow but the blessed GOD shall come down teaching, His death shall bring the despairing comfort and rest. A Name Renown, a Name that is Known. A Healer, sending righteousness and goodness, to cross over the river. He is a Friend. He is a Shepherd, A BRANCH. He is a Light and a Lamp, breathing out, on a place in the desert. He is a Father of many nations, a Seed forever, He will rejoice to follow; to Supplant. My affliction, GOD hath heard; Behold a Son. I AM hated; GOD hath heard. My Husbandman is joined to Me. I will praise Jehovah. GOD has decided for me. For GOD is my Judge. With wrestling, I have wrestled with GOD, struggled. A troop is coming. I am pronounced happy and blessed. GOD hath given Me My hire, My reward will come. GOD hath endowed Me with a Good Dowry; a Dwelling of Honor. GOD hath gathered up My reproach. He will add to Me; increase. A Son for thee. A Son of the Right Hand. I praise Jehovah. Breach, Burst forth, and Divide, from the walled city; The Exalted One on High; whose kinsman are noble. He foretells, Peace! Strength is within Him. My praise is to GOD. GOD hath helped Me. He is My Help. A Gift; Hope of the Lord, to follow, Supplant. God hath gathered up my reproach; He will add; increase. He is our Deliverer, our Savior.

May the blessings of the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace, the Almighty GOD be with you continually on the road ahead. Please consider The Gospel Of Repentance. As well as the entirety of this website. Life comes by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of GOD. The LORD is my friend. I am here to serve and to please Him only. Nothing has changed in 2000 years. He is still despised and rejected of men, a Man of Sorrows, acquainted with grief. As it was in the days of Noah, and in the days of Lot, is exactly how it is today. “They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.” “They that are in the flesh, cannot please GOD.”

“Can the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast. But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days.” “I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul.”

Come to the Father as a child, with a heart of humility, and He won’t turn you away.

Secrets And Mysteries Of The Bible Revealed

There was a beginning. No, really. That’s why it says, “In the Beginning.” That is also why the LORD says that He is the Beginning and the End. There were former things. That’s why the Bible says, “The first estate.” Remember, the LORD doesn’t lie. In Him is only truth. With the Light of Life, we can see the secrets and mysteries of the Bible revealed. as well as find all that can be uncovered. The only prerequisite is, “to become as little children.” The time of the Apocalypse is nothing more than the time of revelation. The truth needs to be searched for so that we can discover more than what you would by reading only a verse here and there.  “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.” – Daniel 12:4. “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.” – Matthew 7:7-8.

Let us now dive deep into our discovery, of the very beginning. Remember what I said. The LORD God doesn’t lie. The Bible is true. All of it. The simplicity, yet difficult to stomach, is as simple as believing what it is telling us. I won’t try to sway you with great speech, words of woe, or the old bait and switch. I will show you the simplicity that is Christ. I will simply show you the Word. Let me take the understanding of becoming as little children and shine a light on it with a Biblical perspective. Let’s say that I have a next door neighbor that has twins. They are both five years old. As typical with most five year old’s, they are prone to believe just about anything that you would tell them. I look over the fence and they are playing in the yard. I look intently at them and say, “your father’s the devil.” They both look at each other with fear and angst and say to each other, “our father’s the devil!!!” They both go running, screaming, and crying into their home. That is the beginning of how to understand the Bible. First and foremost, before anything else, whatever it says, is what it means. “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do… And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.” – John 8:44-45.

Hearken to me, ye that follow after righteousness, ye that seek the Lord: look unto the rock whence ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged. Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him. For the Lord shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody. – Isaiah 51:1-3.

In the Beginning, there was God. Jesus tells us in John 10:34, “Is it not written in your law, I said ye are gods?” The Mystery of the Bible number one, who are we and where do we come from?

What If We Were Angels?

Did Jesus tell us who we all are? Why was His mission to free the captives and restore sight to the blind?

You may be saying to yourself at this point, “Man, this guy has truly lost his mind.” Or, “What’s going on, is it even possible?” Possibly, even some expletives. Yet, there are more Scriptures that bear this out than I can even count. I have lost track of how many there truly are. When you seek the LORD with your whole heart, you will find every answer that you seek, if you humble yourself before Him. Another good place to look for more on this secret mystery of the Bible would be, The Gospel Of Repentance. It takes this understanding, reviews it, and expands further on it. There are additional posts, and eBook’s on this subject as well.

As we continue our Journey with the “Father of Heavenly lights,” after we have gained this understanding, we begin to seek more of who He is in the Word. “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” – Hebrews 11:6. As Jesus was being tempted by Satan, the deceiver said to him, “Command that these stones be made bread.” Jesus responded, “Man shall not LIVE by bread alone, but by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of GOD.” Our Life comes by knowing Him through His Word and with His Spirit. Not portions, bits here and there, but by knowing the LORD.

“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; and the end of that mirth is heaviness. The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways: and a good man shall be satisfied from himself. The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.” – Proverbs 14:12-15. I will leave you with one other post for you to consider as you continue on your journey of faith.

Once our eyes and ears have been opened to the Way and the Truth, we have been tasked with taking our newness of LIFE and sharing it with others. “Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savor, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” – Matthew 5:13-16.

We All Need Encouragement – Trust In The Lord

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones. Honor the Lord with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine. – Proverbs 3:5-10. We all need encouragement at times. Walking by faith isn’t the easiest thing to do. “The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.” – Psalms 28:7.

Many years ago, I remember a camping trip to visit some “religious” sites within the U.S., prior to my knowledge of the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Yet, even at my early stages of seeking the Lord, I see how He was always my guiding Light. During moments of reflection and looking at my past, I continued to listen to a Casting Crowns song, Praise You In This Storm. Let’s orchestrate it to the WORD.

“I was sure by now
God, You would have reached down
And wiped our tears away
Stepped in and saved the day
And once again
I say, “A-men” and it’s still raining.”

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive. – Jeremiah 29:11-14.

“But as the thunder rolls
I barely hear Your whisper through the rain
“I’m with you”
And as Your mercy falls
I’ll raise my hands and praise the God who gives
And takes away.”

When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them. The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad. Turn again our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south. They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him. – Psalms 126.

“And I’ll praise You in this storm
And I will lift my hands
For You are who You are
No matter where I am
And every tear I’ve cried
You hold in Your hand
You never left my side
And though my heart is torn
I will praise You in this storm.”

I am sure that many of us can hear these next words in song, but let’s look at the source. “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.” – Psalms 121.

I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together. I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him. The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing. – Psalms 34:1-10.

“A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels.” – Proverbs 1:5. Will you sing with me, as, in the beginning?

Make Thy Face To Shine Upon Thy Servant

Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, This people say, The time is not come, the time that the Lord’s house should be built. Then came the word of the Lord by Haggai the prophet, saying,  Is it time for you, O ye, to dwell in your ceiled houses, and this house lie waste? Now therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways. Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes.

Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways. Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the Lord. Ye looked for much, and, lo it came to little; and when ye brought it home, I did blow upon it. Why? saith the Lord of hosts. Because of mine house that is waste, and ye run every man unto his own house. – Haggai 1:1-9.

The Everlasting Gospel

Lost in the infancy of this newly found freedom
Trying to grip the reality I found
Awoke from a sleep that has crippled my soul
Beginning to see what my eyes never told
Searching and seeking for something unknown
Never to find it, I’ve been so alone
Through much despair, grief, and deep sorrow
I’ve encountered my demons and faced them head on…

Throughout my life, I have encountered the same problems that are common to all of us. I have made mistakes. Quite a few actually. Yet, the Lord God in His infinite wisdom and goodness, taught me valuable lessons throughout my life. I wasn’t always one to take the advice of others growing up. I put my hands right to the “burner” and got burned. And a lot of times, it was painful. Finally though, change and growth happened.

We all should take the time to consider our lives, looking at the past, and see how gracious the Lord truly is to us all. “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” – 2 Peter 3:9. Although, the very next verse should be somewhat sobering to us all. “But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.”

What if we were to fall short? Peter explains this portion as well in verse 11. “Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness.” Let us look at the root meaning of conversation and godliness. We will also be looking further at another word contained within the definition.

Are we striving for excellence with the command of our vessels? Are we attempting to align our thoughts and behaviors with those of the Messiah? Did you know that there was a Gospel scheme? It is as simple as, “forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before.” – Philippians 3:13. Did you know that there was a before? Were you aware that we aren’t from here? Did you know that Jesus even tells us this? Those who know the truth are referred to as strangers and pilgrims on the earth. If you are either, would you be from that place?

Those who gain access to the Spirit are eloquently put in the Bible as such, “And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:” Would you like to know the depth of this meaning? Do you want to leap for joy when you hear the Spirit speak to you? “And his disciples heard it.” Everything is here for you. This entire website and all contained herein is to give you the keys to eternal life, as I have been blessed to receive them.

The Gospel Of Repentance

What is the Gospel of Jesus Christ? Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest. – Psalm 51:4. This may in fact be the most difficult post that I produce with the Lord by my side. It may even be my last, as I feel the tears currently welling up within my eyes. To know the Lord intimately, I am sure is probably the deepest desire of nearly every man’s heart. Although, to know the Lord, means to experience His pain, and to understand His suffering. Let us now look deeper into what it means to repent in the Bible.

All that the Father bestows upon us is a gift. All honor, glory, and praise belongs to Him alone. As I opened with Psalm 51, I will push forward with a single question. What is this great evil, that we all committed against the Lord? Let us begin, at the beginning. Not the beginning of this world, but the very beginning. Were you aware that there was a difference? The Gospel of John opens with, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.” Prior to the creation of this world there is what we will call the “first estate.” Let us go take a look at the Book of Jude.

“And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities… But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.”

Let us now crack open the KJV Bible and look closely at a few of the words in the original Greek, so that we can gain further understanding on who all of these angels are. Before doing so, why is the Gospel of Jude written in the present tense and not the past? Why does he say, “Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities… But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves?” We will now breakdown the word “chains,” in Jude 1:5. As well as the word “flesh,” in Jude 1:7. Let us look and ponder together.

These angels which fell from Heaven, which left their first estate were placed in, “a band, that is a ligament of the body.” These angels gave themselves over to fornication, as is, “human nature (with its frailties (physically or morally) and passions), specifically to be a human being, and to be carnally minded.” Who is it that is suffering the vengeance of eternal fire? Every last on of us. Please, take a second for a pause. Consider what you are looking at and reading. “Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.” Now, consider the angel in Revelation who gave John the “little book.” For in his mouth, on the surface, the Word of God was sweet. Yet, the moment that he had digested the Word, it became bitter in his belly. That holds true to anyone who has understood the depths of truths and the meaning to repent in the Bible.

We will continue with the Gospel of Jude while considering, “arise o’ sleeper, wake up from the dead,” “to be carnally minded is death,” & “the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God, neither can he know them, for they are spiritually discerned.” “Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities… But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves?” The two words that we will look further at are “these,” and “naturally.”

We are told that it is speaking on this man and this woman. Once again in the present tense. It also says that what they now know physically, instinctively, and naturally, they won’t even understand what they are reading or seeing, and will even speak evil of it. “Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.” In John 10 we learn about the moment where the Jews take up stones to cast them as Jesus.

“Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?” Let us go find where it says that in the Law, or more specifically in the Old Testament. We will be looking at Psalm 82:5-7. “They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.” Here we are once again, with it saying that they won’t know and they won’t understand what they are seeing, hearing, or looking at. Psalm 82 says that we are all gods, children of the Most High God, that fell from Heaven that will now die like men. Let’s look at the word “gods” and the word “fall” in the original Hebrew.

The psalmist, while under the influence of the Holy Ghost, was telling us that we are all angels that got cast down, and cast out of Heaven that are all going to die like men, awaiting judgement. “Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.” Now, watch the following video.

I never said that it was going to be easy. Although it is the 100% truth. Since we began at the very beginning, the first estate, and discovered who we all are, and a portion of what we did, let us go back, to the beginning of this world, Genesis 1. Before we do, let us consider, “the anointed cherub that covereth,” Lucifer. “Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.” – Ezekiel 28:13-15.

What exactly is he covering with, and who is it that he is covering? The answer is our flesh. Here, set the stage for Genesis 1:26-27. “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.” We will once again look at the definition for “god.” As well as the definition for image.

In the cumulative sum of Genesis 1, there is no LORD or Lord, in front of the word god. So here we have a whole bunch of angels creating a system separate from the Lord God, making a phantom, that is, figuratively an illusion, resemblance; hence a representative figure, ESPECIALLY AN IDOL: an IMAGE, a vain shew. Does that sound like that is something that the Lord God made? Is any of the definition for image open to any other interpretation? The answer is no. That is because Genesis 2 is the creation of Adam and Eve, separate from the Genesis 1 creation, so that the Lord God could get back the prodigal son’s of His choosing. Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.

“Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.” Let us step forward to Exodus 20 and what the Lord told us all that we should not have done. Before doing so, let us consider Revelation 11:8, “And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.” “I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.  Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God.” – Exodus 20:2-5. We will be looking at the translation for graven image, as well as the translation for likeness.

The LORD God told us not to make any idols, or any phantom or specifically embodiment species. What is the definition for the image of god in Genesis 1 again? “A phantom, that is, figuratively an illusion, resemblance; hence a representative figure, ESPECIALLY AN IDOL: a vain shew.” As I asked previously, is there any other way this can be translated? Why do we need to be born again? “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do… And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.” In Colossians 3 we are told, “Jesus, who is the image of the invisible God, is the firstborn of every creature.” That is it precisely. Jesus came from a Virgin, impregnated by the Holy Spirit, the first born of the “new” creation, hence being “born” again. How can Jesus be the image of the invisible God, and we be created in His image? Look at the world around you. Do any of us look as if we fit that profile? Let us now watch the following video.

We will continue to build upon this with Psalm 73. “When I thought to know this, it was too painful for me; Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end. Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction. How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors. As a dream when one awaketh; so, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt despise their image. Thus my heart was grieved, and I was pricked in my reins. So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee.”

Let us look at the original Hebrew again in a few places. The first word that we will pay attention to, is the word God. It isn’t the same word, it is different. It means “especially the Almighty.” We will also look at “castedst down” and the word image again.

Here we have the psalmist realizing the moment of being roused out of sleep. Terrified, for who he was, and what he had done. Totally frightened and disgusted by it. He was pierced in the very fiber of his being. The bigger question is, will you? The parable of the Prodigal son, isn’t a parable at all. It is the truth. The foolish angels who took their eternal life, coming to a far away land, and wasting it on riotous living and fornication. Will you fully come to the understanding and realization, repent back to the very beginning, by letting go of those things that are behind and reaching forth unto those things which are before?

I will add one final short video to this post that should solidify whether we, as true believers in Jesus Christ, have to forsake everything, and become as little children in order to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

I pray that all of this receives you well. My hope, as I know with a certainty how late the hour is, that if even one of you may find your way Home, all of my time and efforts are worth it. For the sake of my brethren… May the Lord God, the Self Existent Eternal Jehovah, even Jesus Christ come in the Flesh, bless you in all things, and by His infinite mercy and grace. Please go through the Bible Study, the eBooks, and all of the lessons. The Word speaks for Himself. If we only allow ourselves, our pride, and our haughty, prideful spirit, to get out of the way.

The Way Of Truth Shall Be Evil Spoken Of

But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. – 2 Peter 2:1-2

I pray that the following videos will lead you in understanding the fulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as I have been led to understand it. May The Lord’s grace and mercy be upon you, even unto the end.

Please take the time to watch, ponder, and digest all of those things that you saw and heard. What else can we learn about the latter day prophets according to the Bible? Let’s watch the following video and see for ourselves.

Worthy Of The Resurrection?

As one who knows the Lord, have we truly given Him all that is required? Have we counted the cost? Have we pondered all of His sayings? Do we know the way? Do we know the truth? What is the life? A few years ago, quite honestly, I didn’t know any of these things. Until something in my own life drastically changed. At an age, where I still had most of my adulthood ahead of me, I found out that I had a massive brain tumor that was nearly obstructing all of my fourth ventricle. It was devastating. What happened afterwards, was far worse.

Upon waking from the surgery to remove the brain tumor, I had awoke with the room spinning vertically, which still continues in one form or fashion even to this day. I lost the ability to breath without a tracheostomy. I lost the ability to swallow. I lost most of the use of my tongue. The majority of the nerves within my head, and elsewhere feel as if they are on fire. My hands, feet, and portions of my arms and legs are numb. I discovered later on that my vocal chords had become paralyzed, my throat was twisted upon itself, and that I had suffered a stroke and cerebral hemorrhage during the procedure. I have severe light sensitivity. My eyes and nerves have somewhat calmed down since, yet not entirely, and still a very big daily struggle for me. I drool excessively. I use a suction machine to the very depths of my throat. I produce massive amounts of mucus. Sleeping is difficult and sobering. None of these were present prior to the operation. And, this isn’t even everything that I struggle with physically on a daily basis. Thankfully, the Lord allowed one grace upon me with my physical infirmities. I am able to eat once again. The word suffering when doing so doesn’t equate the task itself. And, suffering daily amidst all that I go through, has become my allotment in life. After many months of rehab, I was able to regain the swallow function. It isn’t a pretty sight to watch me eat, given everything else that physically is wrong with me.

Saying all of this isn’t an attempt to cause any of you to feel sorry for me. It is quite opposite. In the Lord’s infinite wisdom and goodness, he has allowed me to obtain something that all of us desire at our innermost being. I had to lose everything to self to find the truth. I had to let go of everything else to find the way and the life. Although, many may not understand these principals, that is the purpose of Lift Up A Banner. To share with all of you what the Lord God has told me to be true. And He didn’t just tell me as if some person was standing next to me speaking in my ear. He told me in the whisperings of His Spirit with His Word. He didn’t just confirm it to me once, or twice. His word confirms it more times, and in more places, than I can realistically count anymore.

“Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?”

After I had let go, and began taking the first steps of my walk with the Lord, He led me to a man who was teaching who we are, where we come from, and the painful fact of what we all did to the Lord, which would equate an eternity of punishment. I followed this man for some time, always curiously digging through what he was teaching, and what he was saying. Yet, even from the very first moment, “that I saw men walking as trees,” something didn’t feel right. Something was still missing. The Spirit kept reminding me, “this isn’t the way.” I found a dear friend and a brother along the way, where we could bounce certain scriptures off of each other, so that we could seek it out with the Lord ourselves. Even from the very beginning of us finding each other, we always saw and heard the same things from the Lord.

“Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me… And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.”

After what I would call a defining moment, it was as if, all of this mans teachings, sayings, verses, and videos, began consuming my mind all at once. As if a long played video was just downloaded in a single moment of time. The Lord had impressed upon me in one instance, all of the errs in his teachings, all of the subtleties where he had been misled. Everything that I heard from the Spirit of All Truth from the very moment that I repented and opened my eyes had been true. And this man had been wrong, deceived by pride, arrogance, and his own flesh. John the Baptist went teaching the Gospel of Repentance to a group of Jews who fully believed that they were religiously following the ten commandments. Yet in this man’s ministry, you go right back to living the way that you once were, never moving onto perfection, never bearing any fruits, and never repenting.

“For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?  Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.”

“Whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.” “For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother’s womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven’s sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.”

As in John the Baptists mission, that is the first key in being baptized by the Spirit. One of the biggest subjects on this website is abstinence. It is the requirement of being sanctified by the Spirit. It is a large part of us being fully converted. Without it and without fully believing it, you never are converted. How can you become as a child, when you are still having sex? This is something that nearly no one is teaching. I am aware of a very small number who know it, but who is teaching it? We are told by Jesus that once we are converted, we need to strengthen the brethren. We are called to be servants. We are called to be disciples. We are called to find His lost sheep. We are commissioned as his laborers in the vineyard to plant, prune, and water. As we do so, He esteems us as friends and no longer servants. And the Father honors us when doing so. When we follow the Lord and do as He did and walk as He walked, we are purified, we are sanctified, and we are freed.

The following is a short video that builds upon most of the abstinence lessons here, and with others on the YouTube channel, but the first one that comes to mind is, “The Days Of Noah – Have You Counted The Cost?” Watch the video below. It ties perfectly into where I will be going next.

Most of us who read the Bible, know that the world will be the same at the return of the Lord, as it was in the days of Noah. What was your takeaway from that video that you just watched? What did you hear? I didn’t know what it meant until I learned the way, the truth, and the life. Yet now, I understand it perfectly. What it says, is exactly what it means. As is the case with the Bible in nearly every instance. The simplicity that is Christ gets me every time. Always trying to interject or interpret what is being said instead of just reading it for what it says.

At that time, everyone who was living in the world, “eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage,” all got destroyed by the flood. That should be a pretty sobering experience for anybody, when you realize that is exactly what’s going to happen. Let’s now build upon that video, the understanding of abstaining from our flesh and sex with our spouse, and add even more of Jesus’ words to the last video. Here is the most recent video on the YouTube Channel, “Are You Accounted Worthy To Obtain That World & The Resurrection From The Dead?” Watch it and consider what you just saw and heard in the previous video.

Within the pages of this website are dozens upon dozens of Scriptures that bear this out. Please, take the time to thumb through all of the lessons. Scroll all the way back to the very first post. There are more lessons on abstinence than there is anything else on this website. Go through the Bible study on the homepage. It begins by laying a foundation in the truth, and builds briefly upon the way and the life. Read the 6 free Christian eBooks. Watch all of the videos. Watch the additional videos that are on the YouTube channel that are not on this website. Your faith will be increased, your eyes will be enlightened, and your ears will hear. If, you only let go, and become as a little child.

As much as I want you all to believe everything that you see and hear, we all individually need to put our own work in with the Lord and with the Spirit. In doing so, you will understand that what I am saying is true. It is by the very word’s of Jesus Christ that the whole Church is built. If we do not know His words, even all of them, we may never find eternal life. If we don’t abide in them, how can we say that we know Him?

Maybe, I am child like for believing that there can be a body of believers at the end of this age, just as there was at the time of Christ. Maybe I am hoping for something that isn’t achievable in this day or time. Or maybe, I know the key of “brotherly love.” “As I have loved you, love one another.”
