The Baptism Of The Holy Ghost From The Washing Of Water By The Word

Christ loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. – Ephesians 5:25-27. That my brothers and sisters is the Baptism of the Holy Ghost.

John the Baptist came preaching repentance for the remission of sins. “The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.” As we see in Acts chapter 2, Peter tells us, “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” So what specifically is baptism? Is it going to your nearby river, lake, or ocean and dunking yourself in water? Not exactly. The Bible tells us that we are cleansed by the very Word of God. It is only after we learn the Truth which sets us free. Learning that we are strangers and pilgrims on the earth and what that actually means. As well as when Jesus said, “ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do.” We are all angels that fell from Heaven and chose Lucifer over the Lord God. The Bible confirms it in numerous places. See you’re living in the Matrix on the Homepage and who is the god of this world, located in the menu of this website. We also learn about what we did to the Lord God by coming here in the Bible, such as Isaiah 53:5-8. Pervious posts have touched on it although I will be posting something soon on the complete understanding of those verses.

Understanding the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, we also are aware of what the Messiah confirms from the Old Testament in Luke 4:18. “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,” Who are the captives? Who are the prisoners? Ask yourself those questions. We are.

Once we come to understanding and repent, telling our Father in Heaven that we are sorry, just as the parable of the prodigal son, we decide within ourselves that all we want is to go back Home. The Bible says, “Against thee, and thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.” Full repentance is described by the Savior in Luke 14:33. “He that forsaketh not all that he hath cannot by My disciple.” In the last post, I covered who we are, where we came from, and portions of the path back to the Father. I used only the KJV Bible as the source, cross referencing the original Hebrew and Greek, and used visual manifestations that demonstrated these facts. Now I will use additional Scriptures and verses that fully testify to these truths.

Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. To put it simply He is saying, you must no longer be serving the flesh, no more sex, complete abstinence, that is the way. The truth is who we are, where we come from, and what we did to the Father. The life, Jesus puts as this, “man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.” We must be in His Word and forsake all. Read all 4 Gospels and pay close attention to Jesus’ words and what is written before and after. Most times, the miracles are the same thing, or a continuation on what He said. Such as, “rise, take up thy bed and walk.” We can parallel it to waking from our sleep, leaving our beds (sex), and walking as He did. We are to deny ourselves pleasures, take His cross through obedience of self denial, and follow Him. We are to walk as He walked. To follow in His example. By doing so, you will have eternal life. We need to specifically be the prodigal son’s who took our eternal life, came to the earth, wasted it on riotous living and prostitutes’, waking up from our deep sleep, coming to ourselves, and telling the Father “I am sorry, I just want to come back Home. Nothing in this world matters to me as much as You matter to me, please forgive me.” And He will.

It is the very moment of full belief and clarity as a child that the Baptism of the Holy Ghost will come. Children in general, have full belief in their parents at an early age. No matter what they are told, the child believes their parents. They also know nothing about sex. “Except ye be converted and become as little children, ye shall not enter the Kingdom of Heaven.” They are oblivious to it. Just as Adam and Eve before they partook of the forbidden fruit, which was sex, because they now knew that they were naked. There is even more to that one. Some other time. For now, read the previous blog posts, watch the videos, and seek the very Face of the LORD God by dwelling in His Word, the Bible.
