Oh Give Thanks To The Lord

Oh, give thanks in everything, for this is the will of the Lord God in Christ Jesus concerning you. – 1 Thessalonians 5:18. In Luke 6, we are told by the Messiah, “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.” Jesus goes onto say, “The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.” The Bible is very clear that we are all called to serve. We learn this from Paul in 2 Corinthians, “But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever. Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness.)”

“By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.” – Hebrews 13:15-16. How do we give thanks to the Lord? By walking in all His ways and doing as He did. We are to sacrifice our own will, and selfish desires for the needs of others. “This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.” – John 15:12-15.

In a previous post, The Parable of the Poor Widow, we learn about the differences between the scribes and the rich men, and that of the poor widow. She out of her want literally cast in her present state of existence. She gave the Lord her whole life. We are told by Jesus to deny ourselves, take up His cross, follow Him, and to forsake all that we have. Has anything changed? Are we to do the same? The Lord is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

The Lord Will Carry You – Cast The Net On The Right Side – Gird Yourself, Cast Yourself Into The Sea.

We are to follow the Lord, not just as His companion, but as His votary. We are to make vows of dedication to religious service. This is keeping the Sabbath and the fast acceptable unto the Lord. We are to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and set the prisoners free. The very moment that our sight is restored and we can “hear” the voice of the Lord through His Word, the same day is the Sabbath. And, it is continual, as we learn more of Him through meekness and humility, letting go of more and more of the old man as we put on more and more of the new; which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him. Another good post to review would be, Behold My Mother And My Brethren.

After we have learned the principles of the Doctrine of Christ, we go onto perfection. “But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak. For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.  And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.” – Hebrews 6:9-12. There are two posts that have been combined into a very short free eBook, About My Fathers Business. I recommend checking it out as well.

There many other posts within this website that continually build upon putting off the old and putting on the new. “And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish. But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved. No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith, The old is better.” – Luke 5:37-39. Yes, quite frankly, I can testify to this last verse. Letting go of who we once were and the things that we once did, aren’t always the easiest things to do. Yet, the Lord continues to guide and strengthen us, if, we continue to push forward.

In, What Is The Will Of God, we review a lot of the previous posts and tie it together with all of the foundational principles of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. What is a faithful saying? Give thanks unto the Lord O’ my soul. “But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children; To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them. The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.  Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word. Bless ye the Lord, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure. Bless the Lord, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the Lord, O my soul.” – Psalms 103:17-22.

Secrets And Mysteries Of The Bible Revealed

There was a beginning. No, really. That’s why it says, “In the Beginning.” That is also why the LORD says that He is the Beginning and the End. There were former things. That’s why the Bible says, “The first estate.” Remember, the LORD doesn’t lie. In Him is only truth. With the Light of Life, we can see the secrets and mysteries of the Bible revealed. as well as find all that can be uncovered. The only prerequisite is, “to become as little children.” The time of the Apocalypse is nothing more than the time of revelation. The truth needs to be searched for so that we can discover more than what you would by reading only a verse here and there.  “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.” – Daniel 12:4. “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.” – Matthew 7:7-8.

Let us now dive deep into our discovery, of the very beginning. Remember what I said. The LORD God doesn’t lie. The Bible is true. All of it. The simplicity, yet difficult to stomach, is as simple as believing what it is telling us. I won’t try to sway you with great speech, words of woe, or the old bait and switch. I will show you the simplicity that is Christ. I will simply show you the Word. Let me take the understanding of becoming as little children and shine a light on it with a Biblical perspective. Let’s say that I have a next door neighbor that has twins. They are both five years old. As typical with most five year old’s, they are prone to believe just about anything that you would tell them. I look over the fence and they are playing in the yard. I look intently at them and say, “your father’s the devil.” They both look at each other with fear and angst and say to each other, “our father’s the devil!!!” They both go running, screaming, and crying into their home. That is the beginning of how to understand the Bible. First and foremost, before anything else, whatever it says, is what it means. “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do… And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.” – John 8:44-45.

Hearken to me, ye that follow after righteousness, ye that seek the Lord: look unto the rock whence ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged. Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him. For the Lord shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody. – Isaiah 51:1-3.

In the Beginning, there was God. Jesus tells us in John 10:34, “Is it not written in your law, I said ye are gods?” The Mystery of the Bible number one, who are we and where do we come from?

What If We Were Angels?

Did Jesus tell us who we all are? Why was His mission to free the captives and restore sight to the blind?

You may be saying to yourself at this point, “Man, this guy has truly lost his mind.” Or, “What’s going on, is it even possible?” Possibly, even some expletives. Yet, there are more Scriptures that bear this out than I can even count. I have lost track of how many there truly are. When you seek the LORD with your whole heart, you will find every answer that you seek, if you humble yourself before Him. Another good place to look for more on this secret mystery of the Bible would be, The Gospel Of Repentance. It takes this understanding, reviews it, and expands further on it. There are additional posts, and eBook’s on this subject as well.

As we continue our Journey with the “Father of Heavenly lights,” after we have gained this understanding, we begin to seek more of who He is in the Word. “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” – Hebrews 11:6. As Jesus was being tempted by Satan, the deceiver said to him, “Command that these stones be made bread.” Jesus responded, “Man shall not LIVE by bread alone, but by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of GOD.” Our Life comes by knowing Him through His Word and with His Spirit. Not portions, bits here and there, but by knowing the LORD.

“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; and the end of that mirth is heaviness. The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways: and a good man shall be satisfied from himself. The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.” – Proverbs 14:12-15. I will leave you with one other post for you to consider as you continue on your journey of faith.

Once our eyes and ears have been opened to the Way and the Truth, we have been tasked with taking our newness of LIFE and sharing it with others. “Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savor, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” – Matthew 5:13-16.

The End Is Here – Behold The Day, It Is Come

Thus saith the Lord GOD; An evil, an only evil, behold, is come. An end is come, the end is come: it watcheth for thee; behold, it is come. The morning is come unto thee, O thou that dwellest in the land: the time is come, the day of trouble is near, and not the sounding again of the mountains. Now will I shortly pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger upon thee: and I will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense thee for all thine abominations. – Ezekiel 7:5-8. Now would be a good time to understand why the end is here. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

In the Eternal and the Everlasting there is GOD. He is the Word. He is the Beginning and He is the End. All things that exist and have life come from Him and were created by Him and for Him. There was a time preceding this one. There was a first estate. We were all angels once. During the everlasting, we all knew this. And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he has bound in bodies of flesh and bone, asleep, waiting to be woken up, waiting to be risen from the dead. We were all cast out of Heaven. Some of us went willingly. Some of us for chastisement, rebuke, and correction. The LORD knows those who are His. One thing rings true to us all. We gave ourselves over to fornication, going after strange flesh, and something that was contrary to what we all had been taught, and what we once were. Now, we are in danger of suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. What is it that you think we all could have done that would equate an eternity of everlasting punishment? One sin that was committed thousands of years ago by only two people?

As these filthy dreamers now defile the flesh, fornicating, and walking after their own ungodly lusts, they speak evil of Dominion, despising the LORD God, despising mastery, self-restraint, abstinence, reverent honor, praise, and worship. These speak evil of what they don’t know and can’t understand, because they walk naturally, as brute beasts, after the course of this world, born to be taken and destroyed, speaking evil of the things that they don’t understand; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption. Everything in this world was created to be contrary to the Spirit. They that walk after the flesh cannot please GOD. This world was created to give glory to another, the god of this world, Satan. Lucifer is the anointed Cherub that covereth and the LORD God set him so. As we rebelled against the Most High, bowing ourselves down to another in honor, praise, and worship, we covered with a covering but not of GOD’s Spirit; that we may add sin to sin. We have all come down into Egypt, and have not asked at the mouth of the LORD. Now, the strength of Pharaoh is our shame, and the shadow of Egypt, our confusion.

We will not know, neither will we understand, that we walk on in darkness, and the entire Earth is fallen in decay. We are all angels, all of us are children of the Most High, but we fell like one of the princes which had rule, and will all now die like men. When I thought to know this… It was too painful for me; Until I went into the sanctuary of GOD; then I understood their end. Surely, You set us in slippery places: You cast us down into destruction. How are we brought into desolation, as in a moment! We are utterly consumed with terrors. As a dream when one awakes; So, O Lord, when one finally wakes up from the dead, they will despise their image. Thus, my own heart was grieved, and I was pricked in my reins. So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before You… Now would be a good time to read the following post, The Gospel Of Repentance.

How do I know that the end is here? Because, that is what the Bible says. And, that is what I know to be true. As you consider all that you have read in disbelief, doubt, and potential anger, I want you to consider this one thing. Ponder all that you have just read within this post. It is directly out of the Bible and within the pages of this website. We will not have eternal life by the bread you are being fed by your teachers, or the crumbs that fall from the Master’s table. We Live by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of the LORD God.

The End Is Come – Behold The Day, Behold, It Is Come – They Shall Cast Their Silver In The Streets – The Fear Of The LORD The Movie. The Beginning Of Wisdom.

Fundamentally, it all boils down to this. We all got kicked out of Heaven, chose the devil as our father. We learn who we are and what we did. We wake up from the dead. Then we turn from ourselves. From all of our passions and previous desires, letting go of the old man, and putting on the new. Our common salvation is to abstain from sex. The fruit of the tree in the midst of the Garden was sex. How else would you know that you were naked?

Narrow Is The Way Which Leads Unto Life – The Way, The Truth, The Life – The Key Of David

For more info, see the last post, This Is The Day That The Lord Has Made. Which adds to the previous video. If you have made it this far in the post, let me show you some more. Cain and Abel were twins. Cain was the “angels” son. Abel was Adam’s. We are all bought with a price, the precious blood of Jesus Christ. I will begin with the Targum (Pseudo) Jonathan. The “Targum (Pseudo) Jonathan is a western Targum (interpretation) of the Torah (Pentateuch) from the land of Israel (as opposed to the eastern Babylonian Targum Onkelos).” – Wikipedia. Basically, it’s a translation of the ancient Hebrew that predates our KJV Bible. We will then compare it to what the Bible says.

So, we see that Cain and Abel were twins. She continued to do a thing, add to, or augment her birthing process. As there is quite a bit in this post that needs to be chewed on and digested, I will leave it here. We all were told in the first estate not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, or touch it, lest we die. Jesus came to free us from the curse so that we would no longer be subject to an eternity of fire and brimstone. 100% Belief, Biblical abstinence, letting go of the old man, our flesh, and keeping our lamps filled with oil are required for our eternal salvation. “And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.” “Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.”

This Is The Day That The Lord Has Made

Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. – Isaiah 53:1-2. I would like for you to take a moment and consider what is in italics. Read it over a couple of times. Now, consider this. “Foxes have holes, birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.” – Luke 9:58.

The Bible tells us, “Arise O’ sleeper, wake up from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.” Would you truly like to wake up from the dead? How about having your sight restored? Would you like to “hear” the Word when you read it? Would you like to lie down in green pastures and drink from the fountains of Living Waters? Well, today is that day. This is the day that the LORD has made. “For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” – 2 Corinthians 6:2.

This is the day that your sight is restored. This is the day that your new life begins. “And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God.” – Acts 3:4-9. Now, let us begin… Silver and Gold I have not brothers and sisters, but what I do have, I give unto you, “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.” This is the day that the LORD has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it.

Narrow Is The Way Which Leads Unto Life – The Way, The Truth, The Life – The Key Of David

I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation. The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner. This is the LORD’S doing; it is marvelous in our eyes. This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. Save now, I beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech thee, send now prosperity. Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the LORD: we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD. God is the LORD, which hath shewed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar. – Psalms 118:21-27.

Now, consider the following for further reading, The Gospel Of Repentance. He hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. – Isaiah 51:2. “But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.” – Philippians 3:7-11.

Through Love Serve One Another

For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but through love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. – Galatians 5:13-16.

Many years ago as a child, my friend and I were climbing up a cliff with a very narrow ledge. He got frightened due to the height and dangerous situation he had gotten himself into. I tried going for help, screaming for anyone to come and save him, but nobody came. As I proceeded to move myself around him to unclench his frozen hands from the mountain that lay before him, and guide him the rest of the way, he was finally free to move upward.

I, on the other hand, lost my balance and began falling. Lay below me were jagged rocks, huge boulders, and certain death. As the sure moment of death was ever behind me, abruptly I stopped, eyes looking upward. As if something the size of a large hand had grabbed my back with force, I looked puzzled at why I continued not to descend downwards. I saw only a small sapling, with roots deep, grounded in Love. From that day forward, I knew, without a shadow of a doubt, the LORD would always have my back, if I laid down my life for others.

With my own walk with the Lord, I have had many experiences and personal moments of reflection. “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” – Galatians 2:21. As we move past the principles of the Gospel and move onto perfection, we learn more about our service to the Lord, and how through His love, we are to serve one another. Below is a playlist that in total is about two and a half hours (more already added). A foundation is laid, we go through the Parable of the Poor Widow, the Parable of the Sower, and many other teachings of the Messiah. I pray that you take the time to watch, to listen, and to hear what is being said. By clicking on the “Watch on YouTube” banner, it will open the video in another window and allow for full screen viewing.

Perfecting The Saints – Through Love Serve One Another

“I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy, For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now; Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” – Philippians 1:3-6. “And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ. Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.” – Philippians 1:9-11. This I say then, walk in the Spirit and you won’t fulfil the desires of the flesh.

The struggles that each of us face are common to man. With each temptation that comes, God will give us a way to escape it, as well as the ability to bear it. And as Paul so eloquently put it, “flee from idolatry.” “They that are in the flesh cannot please God.” If you are struggling with letting go or certain things, know that you are not alone. “For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light.” – Colossians 1:9-12. Your brother in Christ,

Put Off The Old Man

Let us all learn how to put on the new man as we put off the old. In Ephesians 4 Paul tells us, “That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.” – Ephesians 4:22-24.

“I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” – Ephesians 4:1-6.

If this is your first visit to this website, I recommend beginning with The Gospel Of Repentance. Each teaching, lesson, and experience is intended to build up your spiritual house for a habitation for the Spirit of all Life to dwell in. In order to make things anew, we need to better understand what we are letting go of. After we have gained an understanding of who we all are, and what we all did, we can then move forward and follow after the Lord and walk in His ways. “That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.” – Ephesians 4:14-15.

“This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.” – Ephesians 4:17-19. Let us now add to this with the following lesson, Sanctification of the Spirit. After exploring these Biblical truths, we are gaining a deeper understanding of how to put off the old man and put on the new man. Now, explore the following video with me and keep Paul’s teaching to the Galatians in mind. “This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.”

I pray that the Word of All Truth shall take root in good soil and not amongst the stony ground, or amidst the thorns. Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, putting all of your faith in the LORD God, the Author and Finisher of your faith. Coming next will be a teaching on the Parable of the Sower, where we will dive deep into the layers of understanding within Matthew 13. The parameters are clear and each verse sheds light on our own walk of faith with Jesus Christ. As said before, explore all that this website has to offer. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. I hope that by exploring, you will not only know the Truth, but also the Way, and the Life. And as I began, practice daily letting go of the flesh, letting go of self, and putting off the old man, to put on the new.

What Is Truth In The Bible

In the Bible, Pilate says to Jesus, what is truth? It must have been an interesting sight to see, being the Author of this world to hear those words. Unless the Author already knew what was going to happen. Hmm. Now that’s something to consider. In Luke chapter 9, we learn of a certain man that says to Jesus, “I will follow you wherever you go.” The Word in the Flesh turns to him and says, “Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of man has nowhere to lay his head.”

What could He possibly have meant by these words? Is there any way for us to gain understanding into what is being said? Yes there is. And the answers are in the Bible. Before we get deeper into the meaning, we first need to understand more about Jesus Christ. And nothing about the following verses have changed today. And that causes me to weep, bitterly. “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.  But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.” – Isaiah 53:3-6.

As previously said, those verses still apply today. So, I will ask you again, what is truth? Is the Bible true, or is man? Does the Word lie? Does GOD lie? Or, do we? “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief.” Many may say that they know the Lord. Many will claim that their earthly lives have somehow gotten better after finding Jesus Christ. What does the Bible tell us? “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” “Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.” “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” “For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.”

What is truth in the Bible? “For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.” – Matthew 10:35-37. Now, prepare yourselves. Grab a box of tissues. Say a little prayer. Make Thy Face To Shine Upon Thy Servant

Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, This people say, The time is not come, the time that the Lord’s house should be built. Then came the word of the Lord by Haggai the prophet, saying,  Is it time for you, O ye, to dwell in your ceiled houses, and this house lie waste? Now therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways. Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes.

Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways. Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the Lord. Ye looked for much, and, lo it came to little; and when ye brought it home, I did blow upon it. Why? saith the Lord of hosts. Because of mine house that is waste, and ye run every man unto his own house. – Haggai 1:1-9.

Father, For Thy Names Sake, O’ Lord – In You I Put My Trust

The Folly Of Idolatry

For all those who have found their way to this post and this website, explore all that is herein. All that I know to be true about the One True GOD is here for you to see and hear. I pray that you all may find your way back to the Father and that you may find your way Home. If you understand being a stranger and a pilgrim on the Earth, then you should know, that means that we aren’t from here and we don’t belong here.

Here is only a beginning, as well as the end.

“And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Zion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads. And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.”

Brethren, That Your Joy May Be Full

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full. – 1 John 1:1-4.

The Latter Rain…

“As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants’ sakes, that I may not destroy them all. And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there. And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for my people that have sought me.” – Isaiah 65:8-10.

“For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying. There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days.” – Isaiah 65:17-20.
